"There are not enough stars to equate to what a fantastic experience I had with Shin Luxury Tours. We worked with Shin for a week long trip to Morocco. From beginning to end, the trip exceeded my expectations. Our itinerary allowed us to take in various aspects of Moroccan culture, from an unforgettable stay in the Agafay Desert to bustling Marrakech to the Atlas Mountains. Their careful planning ensured we saw every part of Marrakech and enjoyed every type of Moroccan cuisine, while throwing in some adrenaline-inducing activities along the way. Connecting with locals left us feeling true Moroccan hospitality and a deeper understanding of Moroccan culture, ultimately proving that there is more that unites us than divides us. I will definitely be traveling with Shin anytime I visit the destinations they serve. Also, I found the entire team to be VERY friendly. My face hurts from smiling and laughing with them all week. "We recently returned from an 8 night taste of Morocco tour totally arranged by Shin Tours. We are a well-travelled senior couple in good shape, but for an unfamiliar country like Morocco, we wanted a private tour with our own guide and driver. We researched several travel companies on the internet and settled on Shin for the very kind interactions we had with their agent Asaf. We had many emails back and forth, and at one point he called us personally when my wife had some food concerns; he was very reassuring. We made our own airline reservations based on what cities we wanted to see and then turned the planning over to Shin. They put together an initial itinerary, and then we asked for some tweaks, which they gladly did. What a great trip we had! We stayed in 5 different riads throughout the country, as we felt they would be a more authentic experience than classic hotels. Each one was different, but in all of them the service was very high level and personal. For the entire week of touring, we had the same guide and driver throughout, both Moroccan natives. On a tour like this, these are the people that make or break your vacation. Well, they gave us a Five Star experience. Our guide Yousseff spoke perfect English and was extremely knowledgeable, warm and accommodating. Our driver Abdullah was a very sweet man, a good driver in Morocco's crazy city traffic, and he kept his very comfortable Mercedes van stocked with tasty snacks and endless bottles of water. Lavish breakfasts were included every morning, and we were always guided to safe places to eat when we were on our own for meals outside of the riads. We saw a wide range of sites: historical ruins, magnificent mosques, well maintained synagogues, and bustling souks, the Moroccan urban markets. I could go on and on, but in sum, we recommend this tour company highly."
