The Company is a subsidiary of Wow Luxury Tours Ltd., registered in Israel. In certain circumstances, your personal data may be shared with or processed by our parent company. Where this occurs, it is described in Section 5 of this policy.

Note regarding transfers to Israel: Under Article 43 of Moroccan Law 09-08, transfers of personal data outside Morocco require either adequate data protection in the recipient country or prior authorisation from the CNDP. We recommend confirming with a Moroccan-qualified lawyer that the appropriate CNDP declaration or authorisation is in place for transfers to Israel.
Note regarding transfers to the United States: Data transferred to Mailchimp and Google LLC is processed in the United States. Both providers participate in recognised data protection frameworks and maintain standard contractual protections for international data transfers.
5.3 Legal Disclosure
We may disclose your data to competent Moroccan authorities where required by law or by a valid
legal order.
