The Morocco Luxury Tours by Shin Luxury Tours acts as a tour operator and agent for the various companies, owners, and contractors providing transportation, accommodation, and other travel services in Morocco. We specialise in the consultation, customer service, and management of bespoke luxury tours; the tours themselves are carried out by local partners operating on the ground in Morocco.
All exchange orders, coupons, and tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant service providers. The issuance and acceptance of such documents constitutes consent to those conditions.
3. Limitation of Liability – Tour Operations
To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, the Tour Operator shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising in connection with any vehicle, accommodation, or other service, whether caused by the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers, any hotel proprietor, or their personnel or servants.
Airline and transportation companies are not responsible for any act, omission, or event occurring while passengers are not on board their aircraft or vehicles.
The Tour Operator reserves the right to:
- Withdraw any tour announced on this website or in any programme
- Alter itineraries as necessary for the proper carrying out of the tours
- Make changes to arrangements or itineraries where required for the comfort or welfare of passengers, or for any other reason, without penalty to the Tour Operator
- Substitute any listed hotel with one of a similar category if circumstances require
Any additional expenses resulting from such changes shall be borne by the passenger or passengers. The Tour Operator reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour group at any time.
4. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival date.
5. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@themoroccoluxurytours.com.

The 25% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. The cancellation fees above apply to the remaining balance.
